Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join a busy and growing automotive operation based in Malton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous fleet, automotive administration, or vehicle logistics experience to become part of a high-volume and professional environment.

The business operates a dedicated fleet preparation centre supported by an experienced administration team and processes approximately 2,500 vehicles per year.

The Role

As Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the post order process from point of sale through to vehicle delivery, ensuring vehicles move efficiently through preparation, administration, and logistics stages. You will play a key role in maintaining communication between departments, monitoring vehicle progress, and ensuring a smooth customer journey throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the fleet post order process from order confirmation to delivery
  • Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, and customers
  • Monitoring vehicle preparation and delivery deadlines
  • Coordinating fleet administration and vehicle logistics
