This is an office based position, not hybrid or remote. Auto Skills UK is recognised as the leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the Automotive Industry, from technician to senior management. Our activities and expertise are focused in Technical, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Administration and Customer Service. Responsibilities
- Contribute to building a career in recruitment by engaging in a structured training programme and applying it to day-to-day activities.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication.
- Engage in outbound phone-based activities to drive recruitment outcomes and account development.
- Participate in incentive schemes and team activities to support individual and company performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an outbound phone-based position such as Sales, Customer Service, Automotive, Recruitment, etc.
- Good communicator with an eye for detail and a confident / persuasive telephone manner.
