The Role As a Garage Parts Assistant, you will support the workshop and customers by ensuring the correct parts are available when required. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers both by phone and in person Managing and maintaining an organised parts inventory Locating and issuing parts from stock Creating invoices for parts Responding to customer queries and resolving issues Working closely with technicians to ensure they have the parts required to complete their work Supporting the smooth running of the parts and workshop operation About You We re looking for someone who is: Organised and able to manage stock accurately
