We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established main dealership in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong automotive parts experience who is confident working across trade, retail and workshop customers. THE ROLE As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and the workshop while ensuring parts are ordered, supplied and managed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Working across the front and back counter, supporting Trade, Retail and Workshop customers Ordering, selling and supplying a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control Handling a high volume of incoming calls and customer enquiries Identifying the correct parts quickly and accurately Liaising closely with Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors and external customers Processing parts orders and ensuring excellent levels of customer service Upselling relevant parts and accessories where appropriate ABOUT YOU We re looking for an experienced Parts Advisor with:
