THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous bodyshop experience who wants to continue learning and become a fully competent accident repair technician. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple repair disciplines while receiving continuous support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the repair of accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
- Learn and develop skills across panel repairs, preparation, polishing, strip and refit, and general bodyshop repairs
- Work alongside experienced technicians on a wide variety of repair techniques
- Inspect vehicles and identify repair requirements under supervision
- Maintain excellent workshop housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider bodyshop team to achieve production targets
- Develop knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and quality procedures
- Build the skills and confidence required to become a fully qualified Bodyshop Technician
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who already has some experience within a bodyshop environment and is passionate about developing a long-term career in the accident repair industry.
- Previous experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre
