The Role

As a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of vehicle repairs to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in excellent condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out panel repairs and replacing damaged vehicle panels where required.
  • Preparing vehicles and completing high-quality paint refinishing work.
  • Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components.
  • Repairing accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards before completion.
  • Working efficiently to achieve productivity and repair targets.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a smooth workshop operation.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, Paint Refinisher, Non-MET Strip Fitter or Vehicle Body Repair Technician who enjoys working across multiple disciplines.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
  • Recognised qualification (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Strong skills in panel repair, paint spraying and strip & fit work.
  • The ability to complete repairs to a consistently high standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
