- Follow correct repair techniques and produce work that meets factory specifications and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
- Have completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and gained a technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA)
- Have prior experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop; be a strong team player with self‑motivation to earn bonus hours
- Work to the highest standard and demonstrate up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
- Ideally ATA qualified and have an up‑to‑date Audatex certificate
