Repair vehicles to manufacturer standards using the latest tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential. Responsibilities of a Panel Beater / Panel Technician:
- Carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, in line with manufacturer repair methods (MRMs).
- Utilise modern Bodyshop equipment such as spot welders, aluminium repair tools, ADAS calibration awareness, and digital measuring systems to ensure precision repairs.
- Interpret and follow digital job cards, repair estimates, and technical data through workshop management systems (e.g., Audatex, Autoflow).
- Ensure all repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 standards and contribute to maintaining Bodyshop compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate effectively with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers, and VDA teams.
