The Role
- As a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, you\'ll be responsible for completing a variety of vehicle repairs to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in excellent condition.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out panel repairs and replacing damaged vehicle panels where required.
- Preparing vehicles and completing high-quality paint refinishing work.
- Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Repairing accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards before completion.
- Working efficiently to achieve productivity and repair targets.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a smooth workshop operation.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
About You
We\'re looking for an experienced Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, Paint Refinisher, Non-MET Strip Fitter or Vehicle Body Repair Technician who enjoys working across multiple disciplines.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
- Recognised qualification (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Strong skills in panel repair, paint spraying and strip & fit work.
- The ability to complete repairs to a consistently high standard.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
