We are recruiting for an experienced all-rounder Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join a leading, state-of-the-art accident repair centre. This role is ideal for a confident all-rounder who can demonstrate strong capability across Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, and MET/Strip Fitting, working to manufacturer standards using modern equipment and techniques.
The Role
As a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles from strip-down through to refinish, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced Bodyshop environment, contributing to customer satisfaction by delivering right-first-time repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out panel repairs, including realignment and replacement, to manufacturer standards
- Strip and refit (MET) vehicle components safely and accurately
- Prepare and spray vehicles, including mixing and applying water-based paints
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all repairs and finishes are free from defects
