The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Repairing damaged vehicle panels using industry-approved repair techniques.
- Removing and replacing damaged panels and structural components where required.
- Carrying out panel alignment and reshaping to manufacturer specifications.
- Using specialist body repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Working closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship while meeting agreed repair times.
- Ensuring all repairs comply with manufacturer and health and safety standards.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and operating safely at all times.
About You
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in accident repair. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician.
- Experience working within a Bodyshop, accident repair centre or commercial vehicle environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence.
