Responsibilities
- Process manufacturer warranty, extended warranty and goodwill claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all warranty submissions comply with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
- Invoice warranty and goodwill work correctly and within required timescales.
- Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to obtain accurate information.
