THE ROLE

As a Bodyshop Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Bodyshop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, profitably, safely, and to the highest possible standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operation and workflow of the Bodyshop to maximise productivity and efficiency.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and Bodyshop staff.
  • Monitoring performance, productivity, quality, and financial targets.
  • Managing repair volumes and resources to ensure vehicles are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, insurers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards, quality procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
