THE ROLE
- As a Warranty Controller, you'll be responsible for managing warranty administration and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently while minimising the risk of warranty audit failures.
- Supporting the Aftersales Manager with warranty administration
- Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
- Ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are followed correctly
- Monitoring warranty reports and identifying outstanding claims
- Maintaining high standards of processing efficiency and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
- Liaising with manufacturers regarding warranty claims and queries
- Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
- Supporting the business in minimising warranty audit risks
- Ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the warranty process
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous warranty experience within the motor industry
- Experience as a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Controller or similar Aftersales role
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good computer literacy and confidence using relevant systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- A professional and proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to liaise confidently with manufacturers and internal departments
