Your responsibilities will include: ·Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling and masking. ·Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve accurate finishes. ·Applying primers, basecoats and clearcoats using professional spray equipment. ·Carrying out paint repairs and refinishing on caravans, motorhomes, horseboxes, vans and other vehicles. ·Repairing and working with fibreglass, plastics and aluminium. ·Identifying and repairing damp areas, including carrying out resealing work where required. ·Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. ·Working closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workshop operations. ·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. ·Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
