Location: Gloucester and Surrounding areas

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week | 50% Hybrid Working | 50% Office Based

Responsibilities

  • Process manufacturer warranty, extended warranty and goodwill claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all warranty submissions comply with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
  • Invoice warranty and goodwill work correctly and within required timescales.
  • Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to obtain accurate repair information.
  • Monitor outstanding warranty claims and investigate rejected or unpaid submissions.
  • Maintain accurate warranty records, documentation and reporting.
  • Carry out internal warranty audits and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure warranty parts are stored and documented in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Support retailer teams by providing guidance on warranty policies and procedures.
  • Keep up to date with manufacturer warranty bulletins and policy updates.
  • Work closely with Accounts regarding credit notes and warranty payments.
  • Promote process efficiency while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an automotive warranty administration or warranty executive role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and goodwill procedures.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
