THE ROLE

As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, using your technical expertise to restore accident-damaged vehicles efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to accident-damaged vehicles.
  • Removing, repairing and refitting damaged body panels and components.
  • Completing panel replacement, alignment and adjustment work.
  • Assessing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair method.
  • Using specialist body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Completing allocated repairs efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
  • Working closely with other Bodyshop technicians to maintain an efficient repair process.
  • Following relevant quality, safety and workshop procedures.

ABOUT YOU

This opportunity would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and wants the opportunity to maximise their earnings.

You'll ideally have:

  • Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair methods and techniques.
  • Experience repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a consistently high standard.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent repair quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, professional and team-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
