Looking for a Vehicle Technician role within a busy Bodyshop where your skills are valued, your work-life balance is respected, and no two days are the same? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic to join a professional Accident Repair Centre in Enfield. Working Monday to Friday with no weekend commitments, you'll play a key role in returning vehicles to the road safely and efficiently following accident repairs.

Working alongside Panel Beaters, Paint Technicians, and MET Technicians, you'll become part of a skilled Bodyshop team dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer outcomes.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician within the Bodyshop, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and vehicle inspections as part of the accident repair process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out mechanical repairs on accident-damaged vehicles
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
  • Replacing damaged or worn vehicle components
  • Conducting servicing and maintenance work where required
  • Ensuring repairs are completed in line with manufacturer standards
  • Working closely with the wider Bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
  • Maintaining accurate records and workshop documentation
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Service Technician, or Automotive Technician
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
  • Experience working within a Bodyshop, Accident Repair Centre, dealership, or independent garage
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
