The Role
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
- Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications.
- Applying primer, basecoat and clear coat to a high-quality finish.
- Carrying out paint rectification and polishing where required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Working closely with the wider Bodyshop team to meet repair deadlines.
- Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer and customer quality standards.
- Following all health and safety procedures throughout the repair process.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
- Excellent preparation, colour matching and paint application skills.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality repairs.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
