We are currently seeking a skilled Master Technician / EV Specialist to join our busy service team in Nottingham. Whether you're working in a main dealer, an independent garage, or a fast-fit centre, if you want higher earnings, EV/Hybrid, and manufacturer training, we want to hear from you.

The Role:
- Diagnostics: Using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults.
- Maintenance: Carrying out servicing, repairs, timing belts, and general mechanical work to dealer standards.
- EV & Hybrid: Carry out warranty work, servicing & work on high voltage components.
- Quality: Accurately documenting service work and completing VHCs.
- Compliance: Ensuring all work meets manufacturer, safety, and VOSA standards.
What We Need From You:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair - ESSENTIAL.
- EV/Hybrid Level 4 Essential.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Technician / Mechanic in the automotive industry.
- Tools: You must have your own tools and toolbox.
- Licence: Full Manual UK Driving Licence (max 6 points; licence checks apply).
- Right to Work: Must already have UK right to work (no sponsorship available).
An MOT Licence is desirable but not essential - we can support the right candidate in gaining accreditation.
