An excellent opportunity has become available for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join a busy and professional parts department. This role is ideal for someone with automotive or agricultural machinery knowledge who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service and supporting workshop operations.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • During seasonal peak periods, additional hours and occasional weekend work may be required on a rota basis.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting customers and technicians by ensuring the correct parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently. Key duties include:

  • Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Identifying and sourcing parts using electronic parts catalogues.
  • Processing sales orders and invoices.
  • Managing goods in and goods out.
  • Organising returns and liaising with suppliers and couriers.
  • Assisting with stock control and stock-taking activities.
  • Pre-picking parts for workshop requirements.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised parts department.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred.
  • Automotive or agricultural machinery knowledge essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
