THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing customer vehicles while ensuring the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Completing repairs and assembly operations to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where appropriate
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations
- Accurately completing job cards, service records, and workshop documentation
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and excellent customer service
ABOUT YOU
We’re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
- Strong servicing, maintenance, and diagnostic skills
- MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
- Ownership of your own tools and toolbox
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
