THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles and ensuring all body repairs are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to accident-damaged vehicles.
- Removing, repairing and refitting damaged body panels and components.
- Completing panel replacement, alignment and adjustment work.
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair method.
- Using specialist body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Completing allocated repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining excellent workmanship.
- Working closely with other Bodyshop technicians to maintain an efficient repair process.
- Following relevant quality, safety and workshop procedures.
