You'll work closely with the wider accident repair team to ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer repair methods and professional bodyshop quality standards. Key Responsibilities: ·Carry out minor and major panel repairs and replacement work on accident-damaged vehicles ·Complete structural repairs, panel alignment, welding and metal finishing where required ·Assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods and techniques ·Carry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and approved repair procedures ·Work closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, Estimators and Workshop Controllers ·Identify additional damage and communicate requirements to relevant team members ·Complete repairs within agreed production times while maintaining excellent workmanship ·Follow bodyshop quality standards, Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices ABOUT YOU We're looking for an experienced and quality-focused Panel Beater who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and consistently delivering first-class workmanship. ·Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop ·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and accident repair methods ·Experience carrying out panel repairs, replacement, alignment and structural repairs ·Strong welding, metal finishing and associated body repair skills ·Ability to assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods ·Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and vehicle safety ·Ability to work efficiently to deadlines, production targets and agreed repair times ·Strong team player with a professional and positive attitude ·IMI and/or ATA qualifications advantageous but not essential ·Full UK Driving Licence preferred Alternative Job Titles: Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Panel Technician / Automotive Panel Beater / Accident Repair Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician / Bodyshop Technician / Senior Panel Technician / Multi-Skilled Panel Technician / Automotive Body Repair Technician APPLY TODAY This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional accident repair business that values its employees, offers genuine career progression and provides long-term stability within a modern working environment.
