Your responsibilities will include: ·Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, maintenance, and repairs ·Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process ·Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient scheduling and workshop loading ·Advising customers on additional work, service plans, and warranty requirements ·Upselling additional products and services where appropriate ·Managing telephone, email, and online booking enquiries ·Maintaining accurate customer records and job documentation ·Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: ·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry ·Excellent communication and customer service skills ·Experience working in a busy dealership or Aftersales environment ·Knowledge of Kerridge, ADP, or similar Dealer Management Systems (desirable) ·Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload ·A proactive and team-oriented approach ·Full UK Driving Licence preferred Apply Today This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking dealership offering excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training, and genuine opportunities to progress your career.
