Auto Skills UK is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant or high-performing Sales Professional to join our Bournemouth office and take over a warm desk within the automotive recruitment sector. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360 recruitment process within the automotive sector. Duties will include:
- Managing and developing a warm recruitment desk
- Building relationships with dealerships, manufacturers, independent garages, and automotive businesses
- Sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to suitable automotive roles
- Managing interviews, feedback, offers, and placements
- Negotiating terms, closing deals, and developing new business opportunities
- Working towards individual and team targets in a fast‑paced sales environment
