Working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, you'll be responsible for preparing vehicles to a high standard before they are returned to customers, ensuring completed repairs are presented professionally and ready for collection.

THE ROLE
As a Bodyshop Valeter, you'll be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and presenting repaired vehicles to a consistently high standard before customer collection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and valeting vehicles following completion of accident repairs.
- Carrying out thorough interior and exterior cleaning to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard.
- Using appropriate cleaning products, equipment, and vehicle preparation techniques.
- Removing dust, marks, polishing residue, and other contaminants following body and paint repairs.
- Carrying out final presentation checks and reporting any areas requiring further attention.
- Working closely with Panel Beaters, Paint Technicians, MET Technicians, and the wider Bodyshop team.
- Moving vehicles safely around the premises and positioning them ready for collection or further work.
- Maintaining valeting equipment, tools, and the working area in a clean and professional condition.
ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Bodyshop Valeter / Vehicle Valeter / Car Valeter / Vehicle Preparation Technician who takes pride in presenting vehicles to a high standard.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting, vehicle preparation, or within a Bodyshop environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a genuine pride in vehicle presentation.
- Experience cleaning and preparing both vehicle interiors and exteriors.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.
- A professional and organised approach to vehicle preparation.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team.
- Good awareness of vehicle handling and workplace health and safety.
- A full UK driving licence.
