Salary: OTE up to £42,000 (uncapped) | Basic £32,000 - £36,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 42 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

THE ROLE
This is a varied customer-facing position combining Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor and Estimator responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing customers throughout the repair process while supporting estimating, insurance claims and the day-to-day coordination of Bodyshop repairs.

Key responsibilities include:
·Managing customer bookings, enquiries and repair appointments from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
·Carrying out vehicle inspections and preparing accurate Bodyshop repair estimates.
·Managing insurance claims and liaising with insurers, engineers and customers regarding repair authorisations.
·Providing regular repair updates while ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed.
·Coordinating vehicle assessments and working closely with technicians and Bodyshop colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
·Monitoring repair progress and supporting the achievement of productivity and quality standards.
·Sourcing and ordering non-franchise parts while liaising with suppliers regarding pricing and availability. xgikmsk
