Salary: Up to £38,500 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Productivity Bonus (£44k+ OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm (Paid as Overtime)

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring every vehicle meets manufacturer standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications
- Carrying out MOT testing (where qualified)
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing warranty and service documentation accurately
- Conducting vehicle health checks
- Identifying additional repair opportunities where appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment
About You
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT Licence desirable
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- EV experience beneficial but not essential, with training provided
- Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
