THE ROLE
As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of premium and luxury vehicles while maintaining the highest manufacturer standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and rectifying complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and technology
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional repair requirements
- Accurately completing job cards, health check reports, and workshop documentation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maximise workshop efficiency
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and first-time fix quality
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and fault-finding abilities
- Experience working with premium or prestige vehicle brands is advantageous but not essential
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including Hybrid and Electric Vehicle technology
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
