Key responsibilities include: ·Polishing newly painted and repaired vehicle panels to achieve a high-quality finish. ·Removing paint imperfections such as runs, orange peel, dust, and minor defects. ·Carrying out machine polishing and finishing using appropriate equipment and compounds. ·Inspecting completed paintwork to identify areas requiring further correction or refinement. ·Working closely with Paint Sprayers and other Bodyshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the required standard. ·Carrying out final preparation and presentation checks before vehicle handover. ·Maintaining polishing equipment, tools, and materials in good working condition. ·Keeping the working area clean, safe, and professionally maintained.
