Hire Fleet Coordinator   An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hire Fleet Coordinator to join a growing specialist fleet business based at their Berkeley depot. This is a varied role combining sales, customer service, fleet coordination and administration, managing the hire process from the initial customer enquiry through to delivery and completion.   The Role ·Handle incoming enquiries and generate new business through outbound sales calls. ·Manage vehicle hire orders from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing. ·Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. ·Coordinate vehicle availability and delivery drivers to maximise fleet utilisation. ·Complete hire documentation and ensure records are accurate and compliant. ·Produce regular reports on fleet, hires and sales activity. ·Maintain customer and vehicle information on internal systems. ·Identify vehicle damage and manage customer recharges where required. ·Work closely with the Hire Fleet Manager, Workshop, Service and Logistics teams.   Required   ·Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service or a similar commercial role. ·Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner. ·Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. ·Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. ·Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. ·Full clean UK driving licence. ·A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in sales.
