We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Vehicle Repair Technician to join a busy and successful Independent Vehicle Repair Specialist in Cribbs Causeway. You'll work with modern equipment and the latest repair techniques, carrying out a variety of vehicle repairs while ensuring every job is completed to the highest professional standards.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Vehicle Repair Technician, you'll use your broad range of skills to complete high-quality vehicle repairs efficiently and to the required standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out a wide range of vehicle body and cosmetic repairs
  • Completing warranty, transit damage, and used vehicle repairs
  • Preparing and repairing damaged vehicle bodywork to a high standard
  • Carrying out SMART and cosmetic repairs where required
  • Using approved products, modern equipment, and repair techniques
  • Ensuring all repairs meet the required quality and safety standards
  • Inspecting completed work to achieve a right-first-time finish
  • Working efficiently to maximise productivity and earning potential
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

About You

We're looking for an experienced and versatile technician who can confidently work across multiple areas of vehicle repair. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Multi-Skilled Vehicle Repair Technician, SMART Repairer, Prepper/Painter, or similar
  • The ability to complete high-quality vehicle repairs from start to finish
  • Experience working within an independent vehicle repair specialist, accident repair centre, or similar automotive repair environment
  • A recognised qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
