This is a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor to step into a supervisory role within a busy automotive dealership in Bath. You'll play a key role in keeping the Parts Department running smoothly, managing stock, supporting colleagues and working closely with the Sales and Service teams. THE ROLE
As a Parts Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department while helping to maximise efficiency, profitability and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining Parts stock levels
- Ensuring the Parts Department and stock areas are organised and efficient
- Supporting the profitability and performance of the department
- Monitoring and working towards KPIs and budgets
- Working closely with the Service and Sales teams
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Handling parts-related enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Supporting and motivating the wider Parts team
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience within an Automotive Parts Department
- Experience as a Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or similar
- Supervisory or leadership experience would be highly beneficial
- Experience managing KPIs, performance and budgets
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A confident telephone manner
- Good IT and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, people-focused approach
