The predicted salary is between 24000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

Basic Salary - Β£30,000 OTE - Β£36,400

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am till 1pm

Responsibilities of an Aftersales Advisor:

  • Arranging Service Department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  • Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
  • Processing/Ordering Parts.

Skills and Qualifications of an Aftersales Advisor:

  • Must have previous experience as a Service or Parts Advisor.
  • Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
  • Previous experience Upselling.
  • Full manual UK Driving Licence.
