Vehicle Technician – Liverpool

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on vehicles
- Glazing repairs advantageous
- Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment
- Plan repair procedures using charts, manuals and experience
- Test the functionality of parts and systems
- Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation
- Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts
- Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles
- Prepared to obtain additional certification as needed
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training
- Help keep repair shop clean and organized
- Maintain a professional appearance
Requirements
- Level 3 IMI or equivalent in Light vehicle maintenance and repair
- Experience working on components of modern light motor vehicles
- Experience in an automotive environment is essential
- A full category \”B\” driving licence is essential
- Must have own range of mechanical tools
Benefits
Hourly rate from ÂŁ15.00 per hour to ÂŁ24.94 per hour
This work is contract work – Limited Company or Umbrella.
