Are you an experienced VDA/Vehicle Damage Assessor looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company? Our client is expanding rapidly and are looking for new staff to join their team and grow with them. You will be joining a very friendly team with one of the UK’s leading automotive bodyshops who are always wanting to help and work together to achieve the best results possible!
What we are offering:
- Full Time/permanent
- Salary - 38,000 - 45,000 (Basic Salary)
- Fantastic Bonus Scheme!!
- Monday - Friday
- 45 hours a week - Flexible hours available
The Role:
- To achieve profit through accuracy and full appreciation of repair methods opportunities and Bodyshop KPI’s.
- Exercise positive negotiating selling techniques/skills.
- Maintain a sound working knowledge of computerised estimating packages.
- Attend daily production meetings; provide feedback to manager/team on matters affecting VDA.
- Personally monitor the progress of vehicles through VDA and production cycles to ensure VDA/Production efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of personal performance vs. quota and activity targets.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders - client/driver/engineer/work provider.
- Identify service opportunities and provide an effective upselling sales function to customers.
- Ensure that all housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
