We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and growing workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business offering excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and genuine long-term stability.

Working Hours:

  • 42.5 – 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternating Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:

  • Carry out services on specific makes and models of vehicles
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
  • Identify issues with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment
  • Brakes checks and changes (pads and discs)
  • Suspension work
  • Repairs on lights
  • Repairing and replacing exhausts
  • Repairing and replacing clutches
  • Dealing with gearboxes

Requirements:

  • NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI Level 3 qualified
  • Level 2 considered with at least 5 years’ experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • MOT Tester licence beneficial but not essential
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
