Are you an experienced Credit Control Team Leader looking for a new role with a large automotive dealership? Position is based in Bristol and has hybrid working (First 3 months during probation is full time office based). Our client is expanding and are looking for new staff to join their team and grow with them. You will be joining a very friendly team with one of the UK’s leading dealership companies who are always wanting to help and work together to achieve the best results possible!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring compliance, efficiency and high standards.
  • Assist in leading and developing the team while supporting management where required.
  • Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and drive positive change.
  • Build strong working relationships and contribute to business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail, numeracy and IT skills.
  • Take a proactive approach to learning, development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous accounting experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer finance regulations and vehicle taxation.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
