What Service Advisors are offered:
- Full Time / Permanent
- Monday to Friday 8am – pm
- No Weekends

Key Tasks of a Service Advisor:
- Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
- Dealing with customer enquiries on the Service Reception counter.
- Liaising with the team of technicians.
- Managing the shifts work load in accordance with customer expectations.
- Managing service bookings on day to day basis.
- Assisting with managing the collection and delivery driver diary.
- Helping to move vehicles in the yard when required to do so.
- Liaising with Subcontractors to arrange works and chasing when required.
- To take service department bookings ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements in an efficient manner.
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- 3+ years experience within an Automotive Service Advisor position or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- Must have an eye for detail and able to use various Microsoft packages and Outlook.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
