What we are offering Panel Beaters: * Full Time / Permanent. * Salary – £40,000 – £65000 (Dependant on Experience/Qualifications) * Fantastic Bonus Scheme (OTE £60k+) * Monday – Friday (8am-5:30pm) * 1 in 4 Saturdays on an as and when need basis Key Tasks of a Panel Beater: * Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer. * Mending rusted parts of a vehicle’s bodywork. * Replacement of panels. * Panel Repairs (Straightening and filling) * Body Alignment * Welding ARC, MIG, TIG and bonding * Panel Beating (Major or Minor damage repair) * Jig Work * Filler Work * Pin pulling * Removing any dents in panels. * Repairing minor scratches or making replacement panels. Qualifications needed for a Panel Beater * NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Panel Beating or be time severed with over 5 years of experience. * Hold a current valid driving licence * Previous experience within an accident repair centre essential.
