Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new role with a fantastic family run business? What they are offering: * Full Time/permanent * £34,000 – £38,000 per year. (Dependent on experience) * Fantastic and achievable performance bonus * Monday – Friday (8:30am – 6pm) * Saturday mornings will be required on a rota basis Key Responsibilities: * Carry out services on all makes and models of vehicles * Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles – such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation * Identify issues with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment * General maintenance and repairs * Brakes checks and changes (pads and discs) * MOT Testing if you have the required certification * Suspension work * Repairs on lights * Repairing and replacing exhausts * Repairing and replacing clutches * Dealing with gearboxes * MOT prep and Post MOT repairs * Wheel alignment * Repairing and replacing steering racks * Plan and keep up to date records of repair procedures using charts manuals and experience. * Test the functionality of parts and systems once repairs are completed Vehicle Technician Requirements: * MUST have an NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI certifications required to Level 2 or Level 3 accepted with a minimum of 3 years services * Hold a full valid UK driving licence. * MOT Test certificate – Beneficial but not essential * F Gas accreditation desirable but not essential * Level 2 or 3 qualification in electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles essential but not essential. * Previous garage experience required
