HGV Technician

Responsibilities of an HGV Technician:
* In the role of HGV Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Reporting to the Workshop Manager
* Servicing
* Maintaining and fixing various faults and mechanical issues
* Dealing with electrical faults in units
* Maintaining and fixing driving and parking sensors
* Required to work on HGV Units and Trailers
* Complete administrative tasks and reports as requested
* Fixing Suzie lines and connections
* Diagnostic work
* Brakes checks and changes
* Suspension work
* MOT Prep & Post MOT repairs
Requirements of HGV Technician
* MUST have a Level 3 qualification with Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* MUST have a HGV Licence class 1 or class 2 licence
* Must have your own hand tools to bring with you
