- Operational Control
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor workshop activity to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes.
- Control work in progress (WIP) to minimise delays.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company standards.
- Conduct final quality checks on completed jobs where required.
- Ensure correct repair methods are followed.
- Act as the main link between Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Provide technical support and guidance to workshop staff.
- Manage technician time and attendance.
