MET Technicians Required
What we’re offering MET Technicians:
- Full time / Permanent.
- Monday - Friday (7am - 5pm)
- Between £22 - 24 per hour
Previous experience is essential.
The Role of an MET Technician Responsibilities include:
- Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle.
- Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
- Geometry Wheel Alignment.
- Suspension and mechanical duties.
- Stripping and fitting vehicles before and after paint.
- Stripping and fitting bumpers and doors.
- Repairing interior plastics and seats.
- Repairing exterior plastics.
- Experience with ADAS systems – desirable but not essential.
- Repairing windscreens – desirable but not essential.
- Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
- Dealing with wiring throughout the car.
Requirements of an MET Technician:
- ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time served within an MET Technician role.
- Full valid driving licence.
- Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre or with prestige vehicles would be desirable.
