The AutoPark Automotive Group is a group of 6 dealerships including 3 New Ford, 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and 2 pre-owned stores. Locations include Sturgis MI, Kendallville IN, Plymouth IN, Laporte IN, and Bremen IN.
We specialize in purchasing used vehicles directly from the public , working with platforms like Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer (KBB ICO) , CarGurus Autotrader, cars.com and internal leads to source high-demand inventory for our stores.
We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to grow within the dealership network.
Position Summary
This role focuses on acquiring vehicles , scheduling in-person appraisals , and guiding customers through the sell-your-car process . You are the first point of contact for customers who submit their vehicle information online through KBB and similar platforms.
This is not a cold calling position. All leads are inbound or warm from live selling‑intent customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, and email
- Follow up on KBB and Sell-My-Car leads to schedule appraisal appointments
- Review vehicle details, mileage, condition, and history reports
- Build rapport and trust with customers throughout the selling process
- Work closely with Buying Center and Used Car Management to finalize offers
- Maintain accurate notes, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM
- Meet daily appointment and show goals
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, sales, call center, customer service , or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow a set call process
- Professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Schedule
- Full‑time
- Monday through Friday (Day off during the week)
- Saturday
