We are seeking a highly organised, exceptional individual to join our team and help assist in the smooth running of the company. In this role, you’ll provide key support to the Managing Director and Management Team, taking control of administration processes and support services to keep the business operating efficiently., * Proactively manage communications and admin tasks, including scheduling team meetings, organising calendars, and handling client telephone calls and emails.

  • Act as a key point of contact responding to both verbal and written communication, liaising with clients and companies providing administrative support. Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Assist with billing, credit control, and reporting processes. Financial knowledge would be advantageous.

  • Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of our Client Relationship Management system.

  • The ability to work independently as well as also being proactive and adaptable to the business needs.

  • Demonstrate flexibility with working practices and procedures in line with the business needs.

Ideally, you will hold strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. If you thrive in a busy environment, have a "can-do" attitude and are confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you., * Outstanding organisational and office management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

  • Financial knowledge is an advantage but not essential., Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
