Full Time: Technician & MOT tester required to join our team! Are you a Technician with an MOT Licence looking to take that next step towards a new opportunity?
We can offer:
- Basic Salary: Β£35,100
- Further bonus: Β£4,800
- Over achievement earnings available
- 8 am - 5.30 pm (42.5 hours per week)
- 1 Saturday per month 8 am - 1.00 pm (5 hours paid as overtime single rate)

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive professional, with a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an unwavering passion for first-class Customer Service, to join our Aftersales division in Crewe. We focus on employing the very best staff who can demonstrate our values, whilst making every contact with our company a great experience, to ensure a long-lasting professional relationship. Essential:
- Automotive Aftersales/Service Experience (Level 2 or 3 essential)

The role:
- Perform MOTs and routine MOT repairs
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
- Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.
