Rising annually by £1000 up to £25,000 in year 5. Benefit of selling both MG and Mazda brands - so double the opportunity. Uncapped commission structure that is highly lucrative. 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays in lieu. Average holiday pay commission.

What we want from you:
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles.
- Follow the Groups robust enquiry handling & follow up processes to increase new sales and build rapport and lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of your products.
- Handle all customer queries and complaints to ensure full resolution and keep your customers happy!
- Training and development to keep ahead of the game with your products, services, and the marketplace.
