The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 Β£ per year.
Up to Β£28,000 basic for individuals with main dealer franchise experience.

A team of 3 Service Advisors and 1 trainee.
Experience with 1 Link, Kerridge, Motability etc. is desirable but not essential.

Main duties of the role will include booking customers' cars in for service/MOT, coordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries, upselling and general administration tasks.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player.
Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
Normal working hours will be an average of 45 hours per week: Monday to Friday 08:00 through to 18:00 with an hour unpaid break for lunch. You will also be required to work alternate Saturdays (every other) 08:30 through to 13:00 which will be part of the normal working week.
